As promised, finally I am able to upload photos on
my final days we had in Temasek Culinary Academy
On 20 August 2009,
right before the last day of our school semester...
it is the biggest project of all we had in our culinary practicum
The Commis Challenged is where we proof ourselves
just how much knowledge we have learned during our time in the kitchen
And I must say it is a huge success
Everybody done exceptionally well
we have all the reason why we should be proud of ourselves

The following day was the result,
and out to our surrprise...
we won the Bronze medal
HAHAHA !!!
Thank goodness,
I'm really not expecting anything from the result
because I am aware that we all did a great job
and I felt we are all the winners out there...

I'm still couldn't forget the time she smashed a plate
in the basin right in front of me
However, I'm still respect her
and in fact, glad she did that to me
because after that incident,
I've never do that stupid mistakes again
and also aware that she wants me to learn the hard way

Yesterday was a blast as I had a great time
having dinner with my good friends from ITE
Myself, Rasyidah and Amy went for a dining experience
at Astons at the Cathay.
It is a blessing to see them once again since our last visit
like how many months ago..
I missed counted I guess
HAHAHAHA !!!
Getting around with these bunch of people is always fun
with that here are some of the pictures to show you
how great it is eating with these kind of people :)

and thank god we found a really cool patissier restaurant
