Had a Great Fun Yesterday with my Culinary Family
I simply love them lots!
XD

Yesterday had CCN day at Temasek Business School
We're raising funds for helping those in need of financial help of their school expenses
So with that, the whole business school from various courses are building stalls and making $$$ to help those in need of our help.

Culinary & Catering Mangement, 1J02 (my class)
the future chef decided to make a funky cupcakes for only $1.50
And guess what,
They are entitled to have their own designing of icing for the same PRICE!

Guess our brilliant idea was really worth it
Our consumers are reli enthusiastically like the idea of designing their own cupcakes
And trust me, WE MADE GREAT CUPCAKES for them
100% Home-made,
made by the future chef of the next generation, US!!!!

XD

We made 330 Cupcakes (divided into different flavourings -> Doubled-Choc, Chocolate and Vanilla) and expecting a profit of $100
And out to our unexpectation, We made a profit of $130++ !!!
Monday we will know the exact amount of profits after Fad calculate it but we knoe we earn more than what we expected!

Woohoo!!!

Yeah, we sell all of our cupcakes!!!
We were so full of ENJOYMENT and DELIGHT
we dont have any left-overs and yes - MAKE $$$

Finally....
Projects, Assignments and Research are given out
And today just wanna share on my Research on my 1st assignments on Food Science & Product Knowledge

Mr Kwok Bing (my tutorial facilitator) has finally give us task to experiment our knowledge on Herbs.
So.. He assign us to pick a herb as a research on our assignment and present it to the class on our knowledge towards the herbs that we choose.
and that assignment was given on last Tuesday. And dateline is like next TUESDAY!

What the Hell!
WE have only given exactly one week to make a full research on our sample and to complete everything all reports and presentation BY TUESDAY man!

Pressure but cool coz it's really something different compare to other projects that I've experience during my past education.
So yeah, to ensure that our sample will not clash wif other classmates, I have to ensure that I have to pick a rare one... not exactly rare but somehow something that is hard to get in Wet Market.

There are so many types of Herbs in this Beautiful World.
Be it Tymes, Mints, Parsely etc.
However, Mints will be my main target for my 1st assignment

Guess I be concentrate on Pudina Leaves
HaHaHa
Yeah! Pudina will be great for my research.

Well juz completed my research in books and web pages concerning my research on the particular mint
now Need to extract only the important one and make into one organised report
and last but not least I need to buy the sample of that mint.
Gosh, money again!
Grrrrrrrrr.

Well... maybe will update more on my research once everything is done.
