I am !!!
Really !!!
After attending insights session with 2 artists on weekends,
I'm really touched by their stories and their experiences in bringing asia to the top
Yesterday's Insights was Chef Gene Gonzalez
A successful Chef and a well-known for his traditional Phillippine Cuisines
He shared with us the story of phillippines culture and why the food is like this and like that
I'm really surprised that Phillippines culture is very authentic and it really changed my thought of Phillippines food and culture
Today's one is food creation artist Ayako Suwa...
She's the best I guess
an all-rounder
The moments she expressed herself, I can really feel the passion she put to his creation
She's not a chef,
she's not an artist,
she's not a photographer nor even a designer
She's practically everything
she is soo unique with her own style
and with her calibre, she is still a pioneer in her creation of food where up till now, no one has followed her style
It is indeed an education weekend for me in respecting other people culture
It is truly an unforgetable experience to have met such wonderful artists.

Today was indeed a great day for me and my H&T Marketing Group
After a very long and tiring week of projects meetings,
we finally decided to chill for awhile at the TOP-Table Restaurant at Temasek Culinary Academy
And it is my 2nd time there
Woohoo !!!
The 1st experience was great
and the 2nd one is SUPERB !!!

Been very Busy this past few months especially when School Re-opens

Attended a skit performance at Temasek Alumni Lounge Room
