well... gonna make a quick update for my blog for the day

Werking for the whole week is definitely tiring
However, I'm juz gettin stronger and even stronger when comes to work at the Ritz
At Ritz, It really helps me a lot
Especially in terms of leadership ability
public speaking is one of the key
People keep asking how I was able to speak well in public
Honestly, I am not good at all
It's not even my cup of tea

However, How am I able to overcome it?
Guess the credits should go to the Ritz-Carlton Millenia
They are the ones who trained me to speak with the guest
as a server, we have to know the knowledge of the hotel premises inclusive of our food & beverage knowledge

Last week was an honoured experience....
I got the opportunity to serve the president of Iceland on last Wednesday
I'm soo happy to see them in person
They were having a conference on environmental issue
gosh Icelanders are tall people
including the ladies there

On the other hand, I was a VIP server of a beautiful couple of Mr Khoo and Miss Sharon Ng last Sunday
When you got the opportunity and the trust from your manager, you definitely feel very good of yourself.

Thank you How Li Seng for giving me another chance to provide my service to a VIP guest
You always belief in me and give me courage to spur on when I'm in need.
Ur guidance was very useful and I will never forget each and every moment of your mentoring..
Wish you all the best In your further rendezvour journey...
It's a sad thing on your resignation of your job but I belief dere's a reason behind the decision you have made
coz you are a great manager and you will be a success when the right time arrive.
