Stab Me With Your Knife

Ever since I've attended every camp event, It has never made me feel soo inspired.
Coz every each camp event, there's always something in common...
the same old thing and things we are oready experience which made us feel no point of playing again

Dere are times I always feel, "Does camp really inspired people to do something extra and made people feel motivate and to strive fer more?"
Finally, I managed to answer the word 'yes' .

Adam Khoo Learning Technology has really inspired me in both as a better person and as a better leader.
After attending a 3-day-2-night learning camp
"unleashed the leaders within"
They made me into something that I've never felt before...
EXCELLENCE

These camp is extremely unique with it's own unique experience...
While other camp concentrate physically, to dem mentally tortured is their goal to influence leaders producing an excellent leader.

What are things that changes me after the camp?

I guess for all those who know me well,
Yes I do admit that there are times I don't care of people feelings
All I do know is that I have my things done and being so direct by let-ting my people do wad i've order w/o knowing my people's feeling.

I belief that is one of the thing that I found out to be my weakness and thank god that I finally realised on the things that I have done.

Firstly, I got to thank god fer making me injured my right ankle
It reli opened my eyes and realise what is happening around me

I know I have my disadvantage on me and I discovered majority of the activities are required to run.
And yes the place is a hill whereby a lot of high slopes and hill are made fer us to participate..
What made me surprise is that, I have that perseverance to belief that I can overcome.
AND yes I did...
I overcome the whole event w/o any complaints

this is what touches me....
Every event is required to run so as not to waste any precious time and activities...
So I inform my team-mates to go 1st and I be dere in a short while as my disadvantage obstable has putting me to slow it down

However, TROY (my troop) don't listen to me
there insists to help me out and run together as a group
esp to farhan and fai
I was bursting out to tears while running
They really dere for me

Though we juz know me fer only a day,
They just treated me just like a family that they knoe fer how many years
I've cried as it reli touches my heart
and made me realised that love is always important in many ways
and yes....
We have to understand what our teammates' feeling

Are they happy with the things we do?
Are they not?
Are they hurt?
Are they supporting?

These are all things that we need to undestand why
and thus to be a excellent leader.

Last but not the least,
I was so shock that I was able to keep my cool down
My moodswing has not affected me and I did manage to control it
It's a matter of doin it and I can do it
That reli made me happy that I finally realised moodswing can be controlled
It requires mentally controlled
and I managed to do it

after leaving the camp....
I have learned and truly understand these important quote:

Do it as a group and not to disperse them
