Today's 1st lesson was at 11am
And it was Food Science & Product Knowledge.
I thought I was pretty late for school as the clock strikes at 11.05am
Well Ginelle and myself were not running actually
However, we were brisk-walking to school
HaHa
Trying our luck to reach on time
Thank goodness the moment we enter the class, we realised we were not the only one who were late
HaHaHa!!!
But once again, Mr Kwok Bing arranged us for another food research hunting
and this time is about Poultry and Beef Specification
Therefore 1st lesson only last for 20 minutes !!!
What the hell !!!
But it is actually fun
I rather exploring than rotting in class
HaHaHa
This time Mr Kwok Bing assigned us to find 5 poultry and 5 beef items in different types of cutting.
So indeed it is exciting for me
HaHaHa
In groups of 4,
Myself, Hao Qing, Mathew and Benedict decided to hunt them in Tampines Prime Supermarket and The Giants Hypermarket (Tampines).
So yeah...
we really did hell of a great job as a team
Each and every one of us do play a part in providing the best information in our assignment.
After all the hard work, Mathew decided to meet up with her girlfriend and therefore we part each other from Giants.
While as for us....
IT's MAKAN TIME !!!

So we head straight to IKEA Megastore Tampines to have our lunch there...
and gosh,
Hao Qing and Ben are really craving for the meatballs there.
HaHaHa
Yeah IKEA Restaurant is well known for its meatballs dish.
Unfortunately they sell pork there where I realised I cant consumed there
With that, I decided to eat away 2 Hot Dogs and a Salmon Sandwich !!!

Coincidentally bump into Ginelle and her BF and she decided to go back school with us.
So we had only 15 minutes to be back to school for the NEXT TUTORIAL LESSON !!!
Therefore, we took a CAB back to Temasek.
HaHaHa..
that cost us 5 bucks !!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr......... !!!
Well, Indeed Today it is an enjoyable feeling for me
Though things will be very tough very soon
