This is the best achievement I've ever get in my entire 'essay-writing'
Last month I had communication skills test where I have to write 600 WORDS!!!
And I was soo terrified on this challenge..
It's like 2-3 years since my last essay after my O' Level days
And I hoping that I am able to get just a border-line for the test
Finally today is the results of the essay....
It was a relieved after Miss Chay had announced that nobody has failed the essay and everyone did their best
but the question is....
What grade did I received this tyme???
And out to my surprised,
I'm like extremely shocked!
For the first time in my entire life writing an essay....
I got a 'B' for the essay!!!
I'm like OMG!!!
jumping around the class and hugging Benedict for no reason to express my delight
yeah a 'B' is no big deal
But it does to me honourably
I've never come to a higher grade but a 'C' or 'D' for any English Paper
And this time I finally prove myself that anything is POSSIBLE!!!
my hardwork really paid off worthly...
this definitely boost up my confidence in coping any challenges
well, till here I shall blog...
really need to sleep as I've not been sleeping well for the past 3 days

Just came back from Fish & Co.
Hahaha
Why I have to go Fish & Co. today??
Yeah... first of all, the food there is GREAT!!!
but that's not the main reason
The reason is I chose Fish & Co. as my assignment for my Field Trip Assignment
this individual project is to observed the service quality dimension played by the employee of the restaurant.
So Yeah I'm really praying hard that my service expectation are met so I do not have to give a lot of comment and feedbacks on the quality.
And yeah it reached to my expectation!
hahaha!

well, not gonna elaborate on my projects
but I will talk on my dining experience
Damn it I loving it!
this time I order Sweet-and-Sour Dory Fish
plus a Pink Passion for my mocktail
MMMMMMmmmmmm!
it suits well with my meal!

this time I'm gonna do it a sweeter taste one!
haha... just got an idea of a sweet chicken dish while eating the fish
gosh thanks man the fish dish rings me for my new cooking reasearch...
hmmm.... I will called it Braised Chicken in Marmalade sauce!
Woohooo!!!
need to save money now to make that dish
so far I have all the things I need for the dish
only left with 4 ingredients
and it gonna cost me 30 bucks for that...

My dear classmate Xuan Qi has decided to give out 3 hamsters to anyone who would like to take good care of them..
She said she had alot of hamster and afraid she might not able to take good care of it...
So Here comes the hero! XD
After Sundae has passed away 5 months ago,
I've really felt alone...
I just feel something is missing there
After hearing the news,
I am so delighted to have a new one!
This time 3 hamsters!
Gosh... I really cant wait for the arrival on Friday!

hahas...
I made my own sandwich recipe today!
Hahaha!
Yesterday before nights out, I was craving for a sandwich for tomorrow's breakfast
But Instead of only purchased sandwich at any confectionery shop,
Up to my exploring mood, Why not I made it myself !!!
Hahaha
Yeah, sandwich....
BIG DEAL!
You just have to buy vegetables and ready-to-eat mayonaise to make it
Everyone can do that with mayonaise for extra Enhancing of the taste..
However, I made it a bit special and man-made...
Based on my knowledged learn from Temasek,
I decided to make my own home-made Sandwich
Plus, I am craving For Chicken Sandwich !!!

all my 50 slices of sandwiched are gone into their respective stomach!!!

and try it yourself!
It's simple and easy!

Chicken Mayo Sandwich
White Bread – white or wholemeal
1 kg chicken breast (skinless)
1 stalk celery, sliced finely
1 capsicum, sliced finely
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider or leon juice (optional)
1 tbsp black pepper,coarsely grinded
or
4 tbsp low fat mayonaise
1 lettuce1 tomato, sliced
1 cucumber,sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
3 chilli padi (optional)
Boil the chicken with bay leaves, black pepper, oregano and salt till tender.
Drain and let chicken dry.
Skim off excess fats.
Slice the meat finely.
Mix meat onions, capsicum and celery.
Add mayonaise, black pepper and some salt.
Add apple cider or lime juice only when necessary.
May add chillies for spicier taste.
