HaaHaa !!!
I made a Pasta Dish today !
Woohoo!
This time I called it...
Hot & Spicy Tuna with Mushroom Cream Pasta
Well... I just have the inspiration to give it a try today

Onion, Choped
Garlic, Choped
4 Cans of Hot & Spicy Tuna (Century Brand)
2 Cans of Cream (Nestle Brand)
4 Big Cans Cream of Mushroom
2 Cans Evaporated Milk
2 Big Cans of Button Mushroom
2 Table Spoon of Fish Sauce
Black Ground Pepper
Pasta - 1.5 Kg
The Cooking Steps :-
- Chopped the Garlic and Onion into Small Size
- Put the onion 1st then the garlic in the pan with Olive Oil or Buttermilk
- Once you see the garlic changes its colour into golden brown, quickly add the tuna along with the oil inside the can
- Stir it for 10 seconds and then add in the mushroom, cream of mushroom and evaporated milk. Put it one at a time and stir them 1st before adding the next ingredient
- Then, add on the Nestle Cream
- Keep stiring for 5-10 minutes
- After stiring, reduced the heat and let it cook till it becomes creamy
- Put some pepper and the fish sauce if you want

The grade I got is a -> B+
Kind of disappointment for me because I am aiming an A for that subject
But what's done is done
B+ is already a good results

Everyone is enjoying the role-play section or Video-making Section
HaaHaa...
Another project finally done
Now, I can concentrate more on Introduction to Hospitality & Tourism Test which is held....

Well Friday gathering with the Projects Committee was postponed due to some occasions held...
HaHas.. I was really looking forward to it however wiil just have to wait for the postponed date very soon..
I really missed them soo much
Hopefully I will be able to drop by during Teacher's Day Eve as there will be a celebrations there
But I just hope the date will not clashed against my exam period
As I was browsing through Arfan's blog,
I found some entry that really touches me...
that photo really reminds me of the past and it really means a lot to me
Arfan is a strong man and I'm always have the faith in him

Back to my school life
Had my 2nd Communication Skills Test earlier...
Well.. I did manage to end on time
But seriously, the test is very hard for me
It's all about language and that is one of my weakest link
But what's done is done
I've done my best
And just hope I passed these test
no matter what grade I will be happy
A pass will do for me in this test...

as for me, it's reli unexpected
haha...

At 12.19 pm, I received SMS from Han Pei...
Han Pei: "Yo Brudda! Hows my nigga! You free this Friday?
Projects going to do some cooking! You free at 4pm?"
Adam: "Can. But my lesson will end at 4pm."
Han Pei: "Sure. In that case you come down to my house straight?"
Adam: "Who will be there???"
Han Pei: "Current Projects Members. As well as the probations... HaHa! This time round we have 5 malay girls! haha!
Adam: "Lolx! okay..."
Adam: "Is there any bus service that will take me to your home place straight from tampines?"
Han Pei: "Yup. Can take bus 8 to Ubi then take 65, 66 or 61 to my place or if you not sure can just take 65 from Tampines Interchange :)"
Adam: "HaHa!!! okie then.. see you on Friday!"

I can't wait to see them this Friday
Though I will be having my Communication Skills Test on Saturday, I think there's time you need to take a break and spend time with your love ones.
In fact, It's like once in a while I'm able to meet them compare to last time when I'm still in ITE back then.
I simply miss them lots!

Today's 1st lesson was at 11am
And it was Food Science & Product Knowledge.
I thought I was pretty late for school as the clock strikes at 11.05am
Well Ginelle and myself were not running actually
However, we were brisk-walking to school
HaHa
Trying our luck to reach on time
Thank goodness the moment we enter the class, we realised we were not the only one who were late
HaHaHa!!!
But once again, Mr Kwok Bing arranged us for another food research hunting
and this time is about Poultry and Beef Specification
Therefore 1st lesson only last for 20 minutes !!!
What the hell !!!
But it is actually fun
I rather exploring than rotting in class
HaHaHa
This time Mr Kwok Bing assigned us to find 5 poultry and 5 beef items in different types of cutting.
So indeed it is exciting for me
HaHaHa
In groups of 4,
Myself, Hao Qing, Mathew and Benedict decided to hunt them in Tampines Prime Supermarket and The Giants Hypermarket (Tampines).
So yeah...
we really did hell of a great job as a team
Each and every one of us do play a part in providing the best information in our assignment.
After all the hard work, Mathew decided to meet up with her girlfriend and therefore we part each other from Giants.
While as for us....
IT's MAKAN TIME !!!

So we head straight to IKEA Megastore Tampines to have our lunch there...
and gosh,
Hao Qing and Ben are really craving for the meatballs there.
HaHaHa
Yeah IKEA Restaurant is well known for its meatballs dish.
Unfortunately they sell pork there where I realised I cant consumed there
With that, I decided to eat away 2 Hot Dogs and a Salmon Sandwich !!!

Coincidentally bump into Ginelle and her BF and she decided to go back school with us.
So we had only 15 minutes to be back to school for the NEXT TUTORIAL LESSON !!!
Therefore, we took a CAB back to Temasek.

definitely my parents are not happy
But they have to understand my situtation too
Tomorrow is the presentation and damn it
We have to attire ourselves in business suit again
very the troublesome

yeah it does look good on us but it is really weird to wear the suit the whole day in a school

Heard that Fad's group projects were crashed as their file was corrupted
ouh dear, I can really feel for them as I did experience that too during my ITE moments
I hope they are doing fine now and able to solve the solution very soon....

Why is it so ?
Yeah many reasons...
The fish is great!
The fish is tender!
The fish suits with the lemon squeeze and tartar sauce!
However, what kind of fish that makes that taste extremely good?
For those who know definitely we think it is extraodinary...
But for those who don't know what kind of fish that make this taste possible...

Finally Food Science and Product Knowledge Test and Communication Skills projects were done !!!
Phew... What a Relief
Though there's still more pending projects awaiting, it just feel good after done the two projects and assignments
Food Science and Product Knowledge test was okay...
Thank goodness I'm able to do it smoothly
Majority of the question I was able to answer
What I'm most happy about it was I'm able to identify the food product compared to the previous test.
Hopefully, my results will be satisfying.
Previous test was really hard
I couldn't even figure out what product was that and I flung badly on that section.
Luckily my theory section help me to pull my marks up and manage to get low B for the previous one.
Hoping this time my results will improved...
However, I was really turn off with Mr Kwok Bing when the moment he told me that he didn't received my individual big project
In my heart, I am really gonna blast off
However, I was able to cool down and explained to him calmly that I already submit
THE DAY BEFORE THE DATE WAS DUE!!!!!
Yeah! How could you not received it?!
I'm very puzzled by what he said
Then I had no choice to make another copy and submit to him tomorrow

Had my business suit hunt after H&T meeting just now...
Firstly, I went straight to Bugis to try my luck...
Gosh Bugis is as famous as usual
Packed with lots of different races and religion
Futhermore today is the preview of the national day
So then, tourists all over bugis junction were looking at the sky,
Watching the Air-force showing off their skill in their latest model..
Gosh it's damn happening...
Anyway back to my searching hunt,
Try my luck at G2000 and domanchi
but sadly,
They don't provide my size...
that shows I need to start controling my diet
DAMN!
So I try again and this time at the peninsula plaza...
Finally, I realise my size requires tailor-made
YEAH custom-made
Shit!
I'm trying to budget but end up spending even more...
So far the cheapest I can find is $250..
Now trying to find other places that sells cheaper..
or maybe not cause I really like the $250 suit
hehe
It really suits me well!
But now the problem is the $$$
