Last Thursday was a blast as the whole kitchen are preparing foods
on our Buffet Session Day
Everyone in the Culinary Academy work hard for it
and made great dishes for the buffet
While others doing their things,
let me bring you to what me and my group
have done for the buffet

Hot Food
In the Buffet there are action stations for guests to see
live action of some dishes
Kitchens from Garde Manger, Asian and Baking & Pastries were there to prepare
some live Action Cooking
I was a bit nervous when Chef Trevor appointed me and Yi Jie to be in the Action Station
for the first shift.
While Jeremy and Maira were to be station on the second shift
I was like "What will I do if I can't answer the guest's question ?!"
But after few minutes of cooking the crepes,
It became soo much fun !!!
